DESCRIPTION

The Model LED/SCU curing unit is a versatile, high intensity ultraviolet spot curing system designed for use in the R&D, production and QA proofing environment. It delivers high intensity spot UV energy at the end of a flexible wire wand. Primary uses for the spot curing system are to cure UV cured adhesives and encapsulates. This system providing energy for a fast UV initiated crosslinking cure of formulated UV curable acrylate and cationic photopolymers.

The solid state power supply is CE approved and designed to accept a universal power input. Timer control and intensity feedback are optional. The LED lamp is mercury free and has an instant on and off switching ability and a very long life making it a very low maintance long life system.

The LED/SCU model has various options for wavelengths, and has an intensity control from 10-100% power output, allowing the user to select the appropriate level of UV energy for his/her application. This LED spot curing system is a cost-effective solution, perfect for curing small areas in a production setting.

MODEL LED QUAD Exposure System

DESCRIPTION

Model Quad LED curing system is a versatile, high intensity ultraviolet curing system designed to mount to existing conveyor lines or exposure areas. The system is ideal for laboratory R&D, light production and QA proofing. The innovative modular design allows for selection of a wide variety of feature packages to match the intended use. As a self-contained system, the Quad LED system comes with UVEXSí 400 watts/module LED Quad technology. Different numbers of Quads can be integrated into any combination of X (or Y) expandable directions. The systems also can be configured with surface devices for different wavelengths, intensities and exposure amounts depending on the wide range of applications different customers have. The power supplies in some cases is inside the lamp house, in other applications it is in a separate power supply box.

The Quad LED systems has an intensity control from 10% -100% power output, allowing the user to select the appropriate level of UV energy for his/her application. This system is a cost-effective solution to the latest UV curing applications using LED technology.

The Model LED/ECU Expandable curing unit is a versatile, high intensity ultraviolet curing system designed for use as a roll around curing workstation. The system is ideal for laboratory R&D, light production and QA proofing. The innovative modular design allows for selection of feature packages to match the intended use. As a self-contained system, the Model ECU comes with UVEXSí 400 watts/module LED Quad technology. Different numbers of Quads can be intregrated into these expandable systems to give different wavelengths, intensities and exposure times depending on the wide range of applications customers have. The power supplies and the variable speed conveyor belt is integrated as a system, meeting the needs of a wide range of customers. Operator safety is assured with UV opaque shielding and an electrical interlock on removable lamp assembly panels. The clearance through the tunnel may be fixed for relatively flat substrates, or the system can be ordered with different adjustable heights, for larger objects.
